Our premises are secure and have been assessed and approved by the Department for Constitutional Affairs.

All staff, including translators and transcribers, fully understand the confidential nature of transcription work as laid out in our Information Security Policy and comply with this at all times. All staff have signed a criminal record declaration and are bound by Non Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and The Transcription Agency are pleased to sign NDAs at their clients’ request.
