Clients’ tapes are usually sent to us by Recorded or Special Delivery and confirmation of receipt is sent by email for your peace of mind.

Our standard four working day turnaround is offered but urgent transcripts can be returned within 12 – 36 hours if required.

The Transcription Agency’s Quality Control Unit assesses each transcript before it is returned to ensure that our standards are maintained at the high levels that our clients expect and experience.
